The nurse told me that my insurance company covers MMR vaccines. After two months have passed she sent me a bill for this vaccine and It turned out she is out of this network and she knew from the beginning that my insurance is not going to cover it. I spent 1,5 hours of my life clarifying that. I don't understand why it's so hard, to tell the truth to your patients. Very disappointed.
