I just finished over 10 appointments with Shana Handelman. She really listened to my problems and I’m happy to say that I came out feeling so much better. I had neck and back pain due to my job and she went out of her way to set up exercises for me that would mimic my daily work routine to help me build strength so I wouldn’t get another injury. Shana is very patient and easy to learn from, always motivating me and is very encouraging. Learned so much from her and I now have a daily routine to help keep me moving forward.
