Shana made the IVF process as positive as it possibly could be. She is warm, knowledgeable (a great resource on any question that came to mind!), a procedural trouble-shooter, and I would not trust anyone else with my reproductive health. She followed up with me throughout my pregnancy (long after discharge from Shady Grove to my OB) and childbirth experience. When I returned to Shady Grove with a later spontaneous pregnancy, she brought the same kind clinical manner to my new situation and treated me with the same care and attention. As a patient with PCOS and pregnancy loss, I found exactly the provider I needed in her - she guided me through through the process so skillfully. Any patient would be lucky to work with her.

I’m a proud IVF mom of a two-year-old son and three-month-old daughter thanks to SGF. It took many egg retrievals and I was so lucky to have Shana as my PA in many of those appointments. She was always caring and sweet and understood how nervous and emotional it was for me. I trusted her opinion and always walked out a little calmer from my appointments after seeing her. Shana is smart and great at what she does but most importantly she cares about the couples going through the process. I will always be grateful to have had her as part of my team.
