Poor communications. Almost three months after appointment, still waiting for an important test to be ordered. Have been told several times by support staff this test has been ordered, when in fact no one from testing facility has received the order. Testing facility is nationally known and has informed me three times they have not received order. Staff and nurse practitioner not responsive. Why have I been told three times proper paper work has been sent, when it has not.
