Drove a distance, have been to Michael Frost a few times. Did not have faith in his knowledge, very rude bed side manor. Made me question my issues I have been diagnosed with. So had heard try Shane you will have a better experience. Checked in and he would not see me because I have been to see Michael?! What ever!! Would have been nice to know earlier as I did have an appointment!!! Would never recommend either of these men!!! Don't go. They need to let air out of there heads, find new jobs!?

Why do you need to know in Prescott – May 11, 2016

He asked what meds I take, when I told him he said one wasn't coming up on his drop down list. So instead of finding it to keep it in my chart he just didn't add it. Kinda important no? And he was very pushy with pain meds that I said I didn't need. Then didn't have anything to say after xrays, just had his assistant tell me they are normal. End of story, wouldn't visit any of these offices again either. Very unprofessional and not the cleanest.
