Columbus Circle office. Relegation of duties resulting in multiple missteps has resulted in this customer being called 'rude/Arrogant' when frustrated by multiple visits for the same issue. A far cry from 'I'm sorry Mr. customer, I understand your frustration given your going to have to come in a third time for this easily resolved issue which we should have taken care of correctly the first time. by taking a simple measurement which we couldn't be bothered with. Nope. instead apparently I'm apparently at fault. Apparently this receptionist/'doctor stand in' who refers to her 'patients' has issues and wants to make them mine for the mistake of having come there for my hearing aid, expecting thorough thoughtful service and asking why I've not received that, i.e., correct receiver wire lengths. What I have gotten is this person's judgement freely and erroneously given. Hopefully after this, my now third visit ... I can perhaps wear the hearing aids, if that is not too much to ask.
