Horrible office staff and doctors
Staff does not return (multiple) phone calls and voice messages. Staff does not respond to (multiple) fax referrals from my primary care physician. Staff and doctors were rude and felt uncaring (too busy to care??), even when I drove down to the office to speak with them in person about their unresponsiveness. I strongly suggest not interacting in any way with this office, they felt totally detached and uncaring in my interactions with them.

Tested without Reporting
I had my testing done on July 19 up in Tucson. I received my verbal diagnosis with the doctor on August 22. Today is October 30 and I still have not received my documentation and exam results despite many attempts to retrieve!

Excellent and very professional.
The test are very insightful. I've tested poorly and worried about dementia. But I've also tested much better. I have good days and bad. Shannon and her team are helping me through these hard times trying to find the cause. They are always pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Even the front end staff are a pleasure to work with.

I think she was great. Everything was really clean organized and professional. I was kind of left guessing as to what I was expecting from the appointment which was important to the testing but when I got my results everything came back fine and I was happy that I had been left in the dark to start. Her assessment was fair and helped me move forward in my research of my condition. She was able to rule out many things that blocked my progress. Overall, I really liked her. I thought she did a great job.
