Horrible
I came to see Shannon for a simple, yet urgent prescription fill because I ran out of an important medication. I made an 8:40a appointment and was assured by Shannon Brown, that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy directly after our appointment, knowing I was having severe withdrawal symptoms. By 1:40p the pharmacy still hadn’t received the prescription. It wasn’t until I had to drive back to the office and get a physical prescription that I was actually able to refill my prescription. As a medication for someone who was feeling withdrawal symptoms I would expect more of an effort to send the prescription to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I’m exceptionally disappointed in my entire experience. I would NEVER recommend Shannon Brown as a provider.
