She has been my doctor for over 12 years. I always look forward to seeing her because she is A kind caring person. What I like best is she gets to the bottom of things when you’re not feeling well.

I only give her a one star because you can't give less. My father is 81 years old and relies on his doctor and prescriptions to keep him alive. Dr Cook consistently waits a week or more after the pharmacy has requested a refill before she will refill the prescription. When he was having side effects from his second Moderna shot, she wouldn't even return a phone call. I don't feel like she cares about her patients at all.

Switching to a medical doctor after several years. Did not like that I caught wind from mutual friends in the community that she is discussing my medical care in detail with them. This is definitely a violation of my privacy. This nurse has difficulty keeping her mouth shut. Avoid this nurse and find a medical doctor who respects patient privacy.

Really took her time to listen to me and my all symptoms and do a thorough psychical. She ordered all my lab tests and is helping me on a path to feeling better. I will no longer be seeing my previous Doctor of 20 years. Thank you Shannon!
