Friendly yet incompetent. Left out vital examinatios. No apology given & no call back to return to complete exam. Not acceptable. My family will try a medical doctor at ELFP in the future prior to quitting the practice as an entirety. We will wait to refer family & friends to ELFP. Management will be contacted.

I highly recommend Shannon Cox for your healthcare needs. She is attentive, supportive and spent quality time in the exam room. She was pleasant and didn't appear to be rushing to another room. She spent time listening and explaining items as needed.

Ms. Cox has a warm and caring bedside manner. She welcomes my questions and provides helpful, informative responses. I have been a patient of Eagles Landing Family Practice (ELFP) since 1999 when I relocated from another state. I have seen various practitioners over the past 17 years -- most of whom were good and some, not so good! I have been seriously considering moving to another medical practice. However, because of my recent interactions with Ms. Cox, I have decided to remain with ELFP
