Shannon was very patient with me. She took her time to ensure I understood my diagnosis and my next steps. She was also very comprehensive in her evaluation and I was very pleased with my visit and care.

A very checked-out PA. Surprisingly disappointing and factually incorrect on various fronts- yet presented them with such "authority" at the time that I didn't question it. Thankfully a few physicians later explained why her statements were incorrect and why I was struggling.
