I've been a patient of Dr. Franklin's since she opened her office in Crozet. We first saw her 9+ years ago when my infant scratched her cornea. It was after-hours. Dr. Franklin was eating dinner nearby with her family and left her dinner to come treat my daughter at her office. She has been our family's optometrist ever since. Her dedication to her patients is unparalleled.
