Always helpful, took excellent care of my Dad. Very caring and compassionate. Took extra time, called to check in and make sure we understood the plan and answered all questions. A notch above every other provider I have encountered.

Doesn't Follow Through
It has been a challenging time. She came with recommendations and supposedly came into our facility on a regular basis. Very rarely saw her and she didn't follow thru with care. You have to constantly call her to see if she did what she promised she would do. Multiple calls necessary.

Shannon cared for my mom while in rehab at the forum at brookside. She is an excellent aprn who is very thorough and patient centered. I highly recommend her
