Horrible. Absolutely horrible. No follow up info given. Had terrible time trying to get in touch with anyone from this company. Could not get the meds at my pharmacy even after talking to them. Totally unsafe company. They have very little info about the pt and Shannon just wants to get you signed up and off the phone. As an RN, I should have known better and will cancel my account today!!!

Kind, Caring, Respectful
Telehealth
Disagree with other reviewers. Dr. Havens took time with me, gave me lots of information but was careful to make sure I was understanding it. After my appointment with her I felt that I knew my options and she respected my decision whatever it may be. She was funny and kind and respectful.

Rude, condescending, not helpful
Telehealth
She was very abrupt and rude. She Would ask me questions and then interrupt me as I tried to answer. She didn’t have any patience to listen to me and just interrupted constantly telling me I was doing everything wrong with my treatment without even asking about or acknowledging my medical history or lifestyle. She seemed very judgmental and condescending.Maybe she should think about a job change if she’s just in her position to judge people and tell them they are wrong rather than helping

horrible
Rude/abrupt/hostile/unprofessional/incompetent. No patient should be made to feel that way. Medical knowledge questionable. She didn't even treat me with basic human decency. She was way out of line. I've never experienced anything like it in a healthcare setting. Beware entering a patient-provider relationship with her.
