My philosophy is to "Meet the client where they are, to help them get where they want to go". I believe that clients are the experts in understanding their struggles and that clients understand what changes they want to make. My job is to help define, guide, and support them in this healing journey. 

biography

I have been a therapist in private practice for almost 20 years. I work with adults struggling with mood disorders, substance abuse, eating disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. I have a special passion for working with clients who have experienced Narcissistic Abuse.
