I had genuine health concerns that I’ve brought up more than once to her and she has always dismissed it to my weight without any further questions.

SHe is the best and she even called after my appt. to check on me I really miss her since she moved to Gig Harbor.

I high recommend. She really listens, provides excellent care and is very kind!

Dr Shannon Rice has repeatedly proven that she is dishonest, she doesn’t listen to or review her patient’s current needs or medical history, and she routinely puts the needs of her patients far behind other concerns. Her work ethic leaves a lot to be desired, and she has failed to go to any inconvenience for the well-being of her patients. She completes the bare minimum standards to achieve positive patient outcomes and is not a doctor that anyone can rely on for professional, prompt, or courteous service regarding their medical needs. Dr Rice is insensitive and insincere as a medical “professional” and she and her staff drop the ball regularly on patients, making the people she is supposed to be serving do most of the work for their own care. When scheduling appointments, on her 3 days per week in the office, she regularly runs behind schedule, making some patients wait over an hour. She is an embarrassment to the Medical profession in general, particularly the Gig Harbor Clinic.

Dr. Rice is a great doctor. I plan on keeping her as my primary doctor, she listens to you and understands her patients with great care, I would highly recommend to anyone.
