Started right on time and was very pleasant. Was very happy I didn’t have to Fayetteville to have this test done here in Springfield, long drives are hard for me.

I am a disabled vet currently up for review for an increase in the percentage of my benefits. This provider is unprofessional. One tiny, unmarked "office" which was just a room. Walked in and got yelled at for interrupting a test. Didn't ask for my id - she had my records but didn't even know I had hearing loss and hearing aides! When I got agitated, she kicked me out and didn't complete the test. Drove over 100 miles for the privileged, too.

Shari always finds enough time to spend with my 89 yr old Mother who wears bilateral hearing aids. She has even given her duplicate parts for them and we love the way she is so caring. Now we are told she has left Mercy Spfg. Please let me know where she has moved to. If she is still practicing Audiology, I would drive a distance to still be able to have her treat my Mother.
