Sharon in awesome!! I had been struggling for 7 years with separated abs after the birth of my second child. I had resigned to the fact that the only way to look better and get the feeling and function back in my abs was to have surgery. So I scheduled it!! My friend suggested that I go to Sharon before I have surgery. I thought, "Why not, what could it hurt!!" Well, the question should have been what could it do. I had about 6 sessions and started to notice I actually had some function and feeling back. Over the next year I continued to see her and also strengthen my core which I hadn't been able to do for 7 years. The awesome end to this story is I canceled my surgery and I am more than satisfied with my results. If you are suffering from Distasis Recti then I would give Sharon a try. Why not!!

I have known Sharon for years and she has helped me with a degenerating cervical spine and the imbalances throughout the body as a result of. Her expertise in MyoFascial release is beyond just her training (which is exception). She has an intuitive ability to find just the right areas that need attention. I used to live in Flower Mound but moved and the last several months I drive in from Athens, Tx because no one can help manage my discomfort and neck pain like Sharon. Thank you Sharon Lindy

My daughter is a competitive soccer player. Any time she has a knock or bump that doesn't resolve in a couple days we come see Sharon. Sharon puts her back together and corrects improper body mechanics before they can become a problem. Sharon is invaluable to us as resource for keeping our girl in top form.

I was recently diagnosed with hypermobility Ehlers-danlos syndrome after years of undiagnosed chronic pain. Sharon has helped me immensely. It's better then any pain meds I've been given. She's given me hope.

Sharon provides a very comprehensive, total body treatment approach. And her expertise in myofascial release was instrumental in my recovery. Even though I came to Sharon with hip & low back issues, she also addressed other contributing factors such as vestibular, foot/ankle/knee & neck/ribcage during the 2 month treatment. She equipped me with strategies on stretching & strengthening exercises to get the best possible carry-over in the months/years to come.
