Sharon Pagan, APN, has been an incredible blessing to my family. She has been caring for my son since he was born, and now he’s already seven years old. Throughout the years, she has consistently gone above and beyond, addressing every single concern with empathy and genuine care. Her bedside manner is nothing short of amazing—she makes us feel comfortable and heard no matter the time of day.What sets her apart even more is her ability to speak both English and Spanish. When I brought my parents to visits, she ensured they fully understood everything, which meant so much to us. Sharon is not only a brilliant and compassionate professional but also someone I truly look up to.She has taken exceptional care of my son, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a provider who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile.

Ms Pagan was so helpful to me and my son. I been visiting this dr office since I was young which is over 30 years and never experienced someone as helpful as her! She went above and beyond for us! She also followed up with me after the visit when forms came in that we were waiting for and told me if I had any issues to contact her and she would continue to help. I truly saw that she loves what she does and did her job to the best of her ability. She went above and beyond ! I am very grateful for her! Committed a crime by falsifying my medical records and lying to me during my appointment, refusing me the healthcare I needed.

Sharon is the most underrated nurse ever! I’ve been a riverside patient my whole life and my three children see Sharon from 10 years old to my 1 year old . I also worked in the medical field in Ny for 10 years and she knows what she’s talking about she lets me express my concerns without being rushed and gives me feedback more importantly I appreciate her honesty my son had some issues and she referred my son immediately after spending a handful of minutes . Secaucus is a walk in office with high volume I give much respect to her for still being able to always accommodate my children and I under all that pressure my family and I deeply appreciate you Sharon! I hope riverside keeps you forever!

I was extremely frustrated at her lack of empathy and disinterestedness in treating our child. She seemed like she doesn't care, wasn't interested in listening to our concerns, worst bedside manners. Such a shame that a person practicing pediatrics would be so rude and unfriendly. Never going back there.

This practitioner is extremely rude. I will never go back to riverside medical group secaucus because of her. I was astonished that she never treated us with courtesy and respect. Shame on you
