sold my wife hearing aids she returned them the next morning as soon as they opened. they charged her a $400 restocking fee per their contract but on the contract right under where it states the restocking fee there is a medical waiver saying you should talk to a license physician that specializes in diseases of the ear before getting hearing aids. my wife never signed that section and that is the reason she returned them so she could talk to a doctor first. they want to hold you to the part of
