Rude and unprofessional. She was actually talking over me during a phone conversation. She abused her power, and is moody. Unbelievable that she is still in practice.

Shauna is a great counselor. She's a therapist, not a doctor, so there is a mistake here. I have been with Shauna now for two months. Very satisfied.
