No. I've had 2 tele appointments with her. I told her the medications I am on and those I won't take and she refilled the one that caused me eye damage that I won't take (so she didn't listen). 2nd appt I feel she didn't listen either. Didn't let me get all my symptoms listed, rushed me on the phone and I feel I was diagnosed with something that wasn't accurate. Then she just hung up on me. I'm still suffering and will just go to urgent care where they have tons more compassion than Ms. Cooks has.
