Hack
Charting errors, more concerned with prescribing unnecessary medications, doesn't listen to patient, 2 minute exam that was 'constipation ', turns out it's a bad gallbladder but refused to listen yo patient, more concerned with patients 'anxiety ' and 'lack of eye contact' (patient has autism!)
