Optimum Care messed up with billing multiple times, causing issues between me and their only psychiatrist. It took months to get the problems resolved. The worst part is through all this, the psychiatrist began to dislike me and would cancel my appointments and give late fees for having an unpaid balance well under their limit (~$30-$90), deny me basic prescription refills, and in the end she full-on denied me any future care and added on every fee should could think of, as well as adding nasty comments and false accusations to a discharge letter that will forever be on my medical record. Dr. Shelia Jourdain runs a HORRIBLE company stay away from her!!
