This was my first time going there. Everything went great overall. Front desk staff and nurse that checked me in were nice. The appointment with Sheila went good. She was very kind, listened to my concerns, and worked with me on deciding which medication to start. She gave me several treatment options and helped me decide on one. I was also offered therapy there, but didn't want to start therapy at this time, but it's nice to know it's there if I need it too.

Not ok to "check" someone in, and then have them wait in the waiting room and come out and say we had you as a no call no show. This is not customer service!! My wife showed up before her time and brushed her off like it was nothing and Sheila had to leave. You need to do better training on checking people in!! You are not my doctor, but my wife has been going through a lot, and you just looked at her like a number. You need to address this right away.
