Provider is excellent. Her staff, too often, do not provide the services required in a timely manner or follow through with critical office tasks. Communicating with the office is an issue. Most often requests phoned or faxed do not get forwarded to the provider.

Most incompetent doctor I have ever seen. Waited 3 hours to see her. Horrible experience. They don't care about their patients.
