Telehealth
Dr. Jackson is the kind of therapist I've really needed in this time of my life. I have been in therapy for over 15 years and have been through my number of providers. Only one other therapist has ever been able to help me in the way she has. She really takes the time to understand me and has been able to help me trust her on a very personal and a different level of vulnerability that I've never been able to experience. She is neutering as well is able to give that structured tough love no BS approach when I need it. Having BPD, ADHD, and the lifetime of trauma and problems that I've had, having a therapist I feel safe with in all areas is something that is very important to me. Her expertise and treating abilities with someone like me is hard to find. I am beyond grateful for her brain and her for as a provider. In the few sessions we've already had she's helped me tremendously.
