Shelly tells you like it is. If you are trying to work thru something you need someone to be honest with you and straight forward. She is one of the best mental health care workers I have ever know. I highly recommend her.

Her demeanor on the whole was very aggressive and unfriendly. She made many negative assumptions about me and frequently interrupted and talked over me when I was simply trying to answer her questions. She oversimplifies things and jumps to conclusions. I found her very patronizing and rude.

She is amazing with teens and parents alike. Helpful with parenting issues, and improving mental health. Makes a great rapport with teens - she’s fun and energetic. She saved our family and brought us closer as well.
