Changed meds without warning of dangerous side effects-dismissive and unresponsive when I had concerns-impossible to reach-Clinic as a whole has severe communication issues-no one cares-and they don’t answer the phones. I have never seen a more poorly run clinic. I had to seek other medical advice which cost me more money-wish I never would have went to her-and will tell others to avoid as well.

The best health care provider I have ever had . My husband recommended Ms. Ronayne and I’m so glad he did. She listened to my concerns and went over my health history and addressed issues that had been overlooked by others. Would recommend her to anyone!

I had already seen Shelly a few times when my last primary care doctor couldn't see me. When he retired I switched to Shelly. I have found her to be very thorough and has great patient care. She also is a great comunicatory. I'm VERY comfortable with her skills or I wouldn't have switched. My wife uses her for primary care too. We both highly recommend her.

Works very hard to get to an effective resolution.

She is a terrible provider. She dismissed everything I was talking to her about as far as my medicine and how they affect me. She pretty much said she would treat me the way she wanted and it didn't matter what I had to say. If any of my blood test came back within a certain range, that's how she would treat me, instead of listening to me trying to explain that I am not a "textbook" case when it comes to my thyroid and the medicine I need. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. WORTHLESS!!!!!!
