Unprofessional
Extremely long wait time, and then I ended up being seen primarily by one of the clinic's techs (no accreditation or standardized training)! I could tell Dr Roggy was running behind which happens frequently at her clinic (based on my visits there, expect to wait about an hour), but it would have been better to give the option to reschedule/cancel than to pay to be barely seen at all. I was sent home with drops that made the issue worse. Shocking how much I got charged for the 'care' I received. I ended up setting another appointment with a nearby clinic to get properly evaluated by a doctor, in and out within 30 minutes and found out what the problem was.
