Dr. Bassi is a knowledgeable psychologist who I went to for years and she helped me immensely! The only thing that bothered me a bit was that she seemed to be too detached to patients. A lot of doctors don't realize that comes across as insincere and off-putting. I understand that professionalism is important and that you have to be a little detached but there's a happy medium, I think.
