My PCP switched hospital groups Insurance wouldn't let me see her anymore, so I had to find a new PCP. I spent years of distress with incapable PCPs. They were either rude, or simply incompetent. I was venting to a friend who recommended Sherry, I didn't think I could see her because of insurance. I was wrong. She is currently working with me to undo the damage done by those other PCPs. She obviously cares and listens to me. She recently moved offices and her staff changed for the better.

She's a great listener and spends adequate time with the patients. She has a holistic approach to treating patient; accommodates life changes and stresses that influence health. Because she has a small office with limited hours, her appointment times are not as flexible as I would like; however, she has squeezed me in when needed. Her receptionist is consistently rude.

She is a great health care provider. Her staff can be rude. Very snappy and uncalled tones in voice. Makes me want to switch providers because of the rudeness of one particular staff member.

I had just had a baby and my parents were having health issues. I was feeling overwhelmed and told her so. She wrote down on my chart that I was depressed. I was NOT depressed and was not exhibiting any symptoms of true depression. She never consulted the DSM. Years later, this still causes problems when I try to get life insurance. She is just a nurse practitioner--not a doctor and not a psychologist--and is not qualified to make those determinations.
