Beyond Exceptional Care
Dr. Casper was such a delight and breath of fresh air to speak with today regarding my 13 year old son. She took unscheduled time out of her busy practice to discuss my child’s needs and concerns. She went out of her way to help me with the resources I needed. With just one phone call I could tell she truly has a passion for what she does and genuinely wants to help people. She made me feel heard, supported, and welcomed. Thank you for providing exceptional care to the community. Your patients are truly blessed to have you caring for them.

A grateful mother...
We met Dr. Casper and her team during a time where my 2-year-old son was diagnosed with failure to thrive and had mild to severe developmental delays. Dr. Casper and her team was Godsent; they worked hard, week after week to help my boy identify facial cues, play with toys appropriately, they taught him how to eat and drink, and socialize with other children, and much more. There were times where I felt hopeless and helpless, but CTLC didn’t give up on us. My son received ABA therapy by CTLC until he was a preteen; he’s now 14 and no longer failing but thriving! I owe this agency so much and will forever be grateful. I highly recommended CTLC.

Very Positive Experience
My son started with Dr. Casper's company when he was under 3 years old, he's 14 now. Over the years we've had lots of different staff and sometimes staff didn't work out, but Dr. Casper and her team worked hard to find good matches. My child was nonverbal when he started and is now in a typical classroom with no services. I'm so grateful we found CTLC and all the staff there.

Negative Experience
Initially, we had a positive experience with CTLC. We contracted their services through the San Diego Regional Center for our son. As a small organization, they are unable to consistently provide staff members to fulfill services. We dropped them as a provider after a month of staffing issues. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They failed to make up 15 sessions and it has been difficult to get in contact with someone to make these sessions up. If you are considering them, don't. You are better off with another provider. Your child(ren) deserve better.

Highly recommend. Dr. Casper is personally involved in each case. She takes a deep interest in the individual child instead of depending on her clinicians and supervisors to autopilot programs. She has taken the time to come out to my house, which is far from her office, numerous times to consult with us. My son has made great strides over the last year. I appreciate how Dr Casper makes herself accessible to parents, a true rarity in the world of ABA.

Dr. Casper's ABA program is brilliant; my child has progressed dramatically since beginning at CTLC. She also requires her behavior interventionists to be qualified and well-trained, which, sadly, is not always the case with BIs (not my first agency). I highly recommend this program to parents of children with autism who are looking for an ABA program that will work with the child as an individual, and also seek advice on how to negotiate everyday life situations with an autistic family member.

Dr Casper is an incredibly intelligent provider who runs an excellent ABA program. Her supervisors and therapists are carefully chosen and gifted. My son, who has autism and DS, has come a long way in a relatively short amount of time in this program. Her programs are individually tailored for each child as opposed to the default programs used by many other ABA agencies.

Dr. Casper is very kind and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to help and provide information. She makes sure I understand everything about my child's treatment and helps me to interact with my son is much better ways. We had seen incredible changes in his skills and behavior since we changed to her ABA services. We are very happy to work with her and her staff.
