I was very impressed with her website and credentials. My husband scheduled an appt and received a very professional letter of acceptance. Once all of the info was filled out on line and submitted, he got a phone call that she could not take him as a client but could not give a reason. I would have to say the reason was probably because our insurance didn’t pay well. We could have easily paid out of pocket but it was never discussed.

Dr. Desselle is by far the best therapist I've worked with. She has a sharp, analytical mind, but is also deeply compassionate. Unlike others with whom I've worked, she was not afraid to be blunt and direct. She pushed me to overcome my tendencies to self sabotage, and was genuinely invested in my success. I would not be where I am today without her.
