I saw Cheryl for about 5 years. She helped me through a very hard time. She was able to discern a plan of recovery which helped me to learn new, important skills. This has proved crucial to my long term recovery. She also offered the program, "EMDR" which helped me to let go of old, worn out thoughts. I am grateful that she was there for me. Even when I was difficult she stood by me.
