I don't even know who this person is that you are referring to. My appointment was with Dr. Imagawa who spent about 2 minutes with me. The MRI establishment that I had the test done at had a very difficult time contacting Dr. Imagawa and his staff to have questions answered about the order he had submitted because I needed an open MRI which UCI does not have. It took several phone calls and requests to finally get the order sent correctly and then Dr. Imagawa's staff wanted it done STAT because my follow up appointment was coming up. Then he did not request the CD to be brought in by me for the appointment so then it was another rush here and there to have everything ready for him. I have had 2 appointments with him and personally I don't think he spends enough time with you (like coming entirely into the room) to feel comfortable with him. I understand that he is a fantastic doctor but this is how I felt about my experience with him, and as I said I have no idea who Sheryl is.

Doctor's assistant nurse that was checking you in the room and taking the vitals was awful. Not friendly or helpful and had an chip on her shoulder. The rest of the staff and Doctors were great. It only takes one of the team to turn a good experience into a negative one!

This is a knowledgeable Doctor who can explain the most complex medical issues in her field.

I appreciated that the scheduler went out of her way to make my appointment to fit the times I was on campus rather than having to return to the campus another day for the appointment. It saved me time and gas!
