This woman has no concept of Professionalism. Her unethical treatment led to a patient (Me) being admitted to the Syracuse VA Psychiatric Ward. After that event she has been issued a Gag order and has been ghosting me ever since! Shirley Retz crushed me so she could get her education paid off! Immoral for her profession. The company protecting her is refusing to send my records to the VA.

For Military Adult Complex trauma Shirley is ill equipped. Her callous behavior in cutting off clients and Ghosting them is ethically and morally wrong. Stay away!
