Very skilled and caring therapist. She'll let you start wherever you are and go at the pace that makes you comfortable. She's very devoted and a good patient advocate when the need arises. She'll help you define your situation and come up with a treatment plan that works for your own values, beliefs and lifestyle. She listens to what you say and gives very helpful feedback. I'm still somewhat early in my therapy, but she's already helped me change my life. I would highly recommend her!
