Facility and incompetent assistants
If the doctor is moving the office soon, and current office has no proper hygiene facility for patients to try on contact lens , DO NOT ALLOW contact lenses fitting appointments! I couldn't wash my hands when trying contact lens, and the assistant didn't bother to tell me that I can use their restroom (to wash my hands) until I said I really need to wash my hands (because I felt so uncomfortable with my eyes and got blurry after trying a few times). I got useless contact lenses that don't fit my eyes, and a wrong sentence "recommend: Disposable Bi-Weekly Bio True" printed on the prescription- when the doctor told me that I need to wear one-day contact lenses; when I called the office at two separate times for these different issues, all they said were, "you can come back for following fitting, it's free," and "you can ignore the recommend...on the prescription" (?!) Incompetent receptionists and a place doesn't even have a basin for washing hands will ruin the doctor's reputation.
