Sidney Ballard, FNP

I was a patient of Sidney Ballard. I had appointments every 3 months to keep a close eye on my blood work. Never did she discuss my blood work, she said it wasn't back. It seems that she was concerned about chit chat that went on with her staff and making plans for lunch or what she was doing after work. She's very unprofessional and constantly had family issues and wasn't there for my appointments. I had horrible bronchitis and was told they were getting ready for vacation and was booked and that I couldn't see her to go to the ER or Urgent Care. Really? An established patient and she don't have time for me? I was also told at one visit that I would have to pay my balance before she would see me? My insurance hadn't paid so, how did they know how much I owed? Rude staff that don't mind discussing these things in front of a full waiting room. Unreal. I will never be back to that office. I am not part of her office staff, just a real person looking for real healthcare.

My mother came all the way out to her office filled out all the forms and agreements only to be told she wouldn't see her just because she was a former patient of Dr. Micheal R Moore. She even called before she came only to come out there and be told that.... very rude when all she needed was a new Dr., was NOT asking for medicine or anything, just needed another primary care Dr. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

I’ve been in healthcare for almost 20 years and never seen this amount of reviews on an NP that hasn’t even been in practice that long. To me, this is Sydney’s unfriendly and mean office staff writing this stuff about her. Sydney really cares about her pts. Give her a shot to prove it.

Terrible experience. Completely distracted. I’m sure she is fine with cuts and bruises but I would see a real doctor for anything more than a cut.

Very unprofessional and discusses patient history with anyone. I do not recommend seeing this provider

Horrible. Waited all morning, finally got in the room, and she was more conderned with some man she had out in the lobby then she was with me or my son very unprofessions to be hugging all over someone

This woman is a joke. I wouldn’t take my dog to see her.

I needed a doctor and I'm so glad I found Sidney. She listens to my complaints she is very nice and she takes good care of me. Her staff is very nice too.

Great experience. She really helped with my healthcare experience. She is a great provider. Very thorough and intelligent. Knowing how to treat me as an individual and not as a number. I was treated with a great amount of respect and trust. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine provider.

Took care of me when no one else would and made sure I understood my sugars in plain words

If you want a nurse practitioner who can find out what’s wrong with you and help you feel better then she is the one. Unfortunately she is working in an area inundated with people on large amounts of opioids that have been prescribed by others. She is responsible for helping reduce the misuse of opioids and that makes a lot of patients very unhappy at first. Likely the unhappy comments on this page came from those people she had to explain why they could not take 3 pain meds and 2 nerve meds

Distracted, aloof.... seemed to care more about herself than what was going on with me.
