Sidney Wolinsky, PA-C

This is one of THE WORST place you can go to. Communication sucks, they lie to you like you are dumb and all they are out to do is prescribe you med. without looking for alternative. If I could give a negative star, I truly would.

Dr. Wolinsky is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been seeing him since 2009. He saved my life for real, real. I went to him, not knowing what was wrong. It was my very first visit. He looked at me and could immediately tell I was in crisis mode. He ran several tests and had me coming in back to back. He did not stop until he tried everything. When he narrowed it down, He referred me to Duke. Had it not been for him I would not be here. I have had several flares since due to my Lupus diagnosis, but he never pushes me away he finds out what is wrong and I would never leave him and I hope he never leaves me.

I was assigned Dr Wolinsky since VA didn't have enough providers. He is a nice man BUT I've encountered problems w staff passing on information, asking for return calls etc .. I told him this over month ago. The day after my last visit I gave papers to his staff regarding my VA status and they assured me they'd get it to him promptly. I returned 3 was later and when I told them who I was and why I was there one of his staff went thru sheaf papers and discreetly handed off to to her colleague who disappeared in the back. Now .. I think I'm pretty reasonable but ... I was told sit tight he was w patient. I waited long as I could but my dogs were waiting in car. I thought I was picking up papers is all ... sigh. One of ladies aid she'd tell him to call and I couldn't resist, "Yea, I'm sure that'll happen". He won't call cause she won't even mention the incident. Maybe tomorrow ....

Trustworthy professional kind knowledgeable.

He is not a pill pusher. The contrary, he is by far the best, most compassionate, most up-to-date, knowledgable, general medicine provider I have worked with. I, myself, am a medical provider, who has known many excellent doctors from all over the nation, including some of the most affluent areas of it. We worked with him as a family on multiple complex health issues for years. He knew more than the specialists at many critical junctures and was always very up on the latest studies in a multitude of complex treatment areas. He cares. He is the best!!

Dr. Wolinsky is very caring and compassionate. He is also very knowledgeable. He takes his time with my mother and provides explanations that are easy to understand. I feel he provides excellent care, and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff (to include those that work the front desk) are wonderful people and give attention to my mother's needs from check-in to check-out.

Sidney Wolinsky, PA has the kind of professionalism mixed with kindness and humor that puts you at ease while at the same time gives you the confidence that your medical concerns are heard and being addressed. I highly recommend Sidney Wolinsky PA.

Dr Wolinsky and all the staff are wonderful. He is very thorough and doesn’t rush in and out. He as well as all his staff truly care about their patients, my only complaint is that I didn’t find him sooner. I definitely recommend him.

Dr Wolinski is one of the best medical professionals that I have ever been treated by. I had suffered from high blood pressure fro years and he had it under control in 2 months. He is diligent in his searching out a problem. He is like a bulldog and never gives up on you. Thanks Sid.

I was new to the area and was able to get an appointment quickly. On the first visit I was not able to accomplish my goal but the exam was thorough. They was able to find a cancer at a very early stage, have surgery & back to life as normal. All thanks to Dr. Wolinsky's care. Very good experience!

I have used Sid Wolinsky as my primary care specialist for several years now, and would not go to anybody else. Absolutely the best person to see. I’m over 60 and have lots of medical issues. Sid is the best.

He is thorough, talks with his patients, listens to his patients and is availble when you need him. I have been seeing him over 30 years and would not change
