Despite being there for hearing issues, during my assessment, she noticed something completely different with my nose, and asked questions about an issue that I have had for years and did not realize was "not normal." She set up an appt with a specialist in that area. I am so impressed that she did not keep her assessment to her "silo" and saw me as a whole person.

I felt respected and heard. She took my concerns seriously.

Sindy is always excellent. Due to my ear problems I see her at least once a year. She always reviews notes from my prior visits and lets me know how I've been doing. I have definitely improved since I began seeing her so I'm pleased.

Very professional and focused

She didn't questIon me, she wasn't suspicious of my complaints, and so the proper tests were ordered and my diagnosis was confirmed. She gave me the meds I needed to continue functioning and was just overall one if the best providers I'd seen in my life. She literally did save it. Going on in so much pain with no answers ir relief was literally a suicide inducing situation.

Sindy did a fantastic job of making me feel relaxed and did a very thorough job of determining the cause of my vertigo. She focused on every little detail and listened to everything I mentioned with interest in helping to solve the issue. I had seen someone else years ago that I was no where near as satisfied with or was as thorough in the examination. I left with a good understanding, written information and a plan. I feel better already. The entire staff was warm and friendly and made the visit from something I was dreading to a defiantly positive experience. 100% recommend !

Very professional doctor

Sindy is a terrific practitioner. She is thorough and attentive and very helpful. I enjoy my visits with her because she is knowledgeable and sincere. The office staff, however, should take lessons on how to deal with people with pain. I find they do follow through but are not forthcoming with update information or calling back. They should be made aware that people in pain need the reassurance a simple phone call can provide.

I saw Sindy twice to set up an epidural. I waited four weeks for my appointment but was never called for any reason. I went to the office and was told I had to see Sindy again for another appt. She asked if I had questions. I asked how I would know if she carried through the second time. She promised she would. I never, ever, heard from her office. Her office would probably blame my cardiologist for not answering their question My cardiologist said they did. I don't understand why no call to me.
