Very nice and personable

She is the epitome of an ARNP professional nurse/doctor.

I've seen Sofia for nearly 4 years and would recommend her to anyone. She doesn't rush me and allows me to be apart of the decision making. Scheduling has become more difficult as she's got more patients but calling vs booking on mychart typically yields faster results. Sofia herself is a wonderful medical provider. She is kind, personable, and makes me feel heard.

I scheduled an appt with Dr. Kolesnikova in Janurary of 2023. The earliest avialable appt was in April. I made the appt and waited until April. A day before the scheduled appt, Dr. Kolesnikova's office called to cancel the appt without explanation or an alternative appt. They told me I needed to reschedule and the earliest appt would be June 23rd. I took the appt but asked if they could put me on a waiting list to be seen earlier. They refused to see me any earlier. On June 22nd, they called to cancel my appt again and told me the earliest I could reschedule would be Sept 23rd. Please avoid this provider as they will just string you along and never honor your appt.

She was very friendly and very thorough. I was even able to get my pap smear during my new patient visit. I got all my tests and lab work done in one visit and was only there for 30 minutes.

The front desk scheduled me for a 15 min appointment (and never told me it was 15 mins) called me THE DAY OF to reschedule because they needed more time. I rescheduled waited another MONTH on their error. The Doctor is very nice but I wouldn't recommend for IUD's. Had my next appointment scheduled to make sure it was properly placed A MONTH OUT, go to my appointment and they said I have to reschedule because I'm 9 mins late ! the 15min window doesn't apply to me!! because again they only made me a 15 MIN APPOINTMENT. SO FOR ME IM ONLY ALLOWED 7 MINS. SO WITH MY NEWBORN WITH ME I HAD TO TURN AROUND AND LEAVE ! no human error allowed on my end they will just schedule you to their need's day by day. sounds to me that they need to adjust the schedule, so they have room to help patients and have good patient care. This isn't patient care. The Doctor should talk to the front desk and see what they can do to repair the connection with patients. I have always felt rushed, every visit!
