Best therapist ever has really helped me in a way no therapist has ever been capable of. Sofia is very personable and professional. She is very kind and an amazing listener. She does very well at her job and knows what she is doing. She has your best interest in mind and genuinely cares about you. She is understanding, open minded, and non-judgemental. She hosts helpful group therapies and also does art therapy in your sessions and workshops. Sofia has helped me in every aspect of my life. She has taught me how to have healthy relationships and set boundaries. I have learned to communicate my feelings and to not be ashamed of them with her. My mind set went from bitter and fixed to a bright growth mindset. I feel motivated, confident, and proud of myself this day with her help. She has helped me with my substance abuse problems and risky behavior. I went from a high school drug addict drop out to a respectable insightful college student.
