Both front desk staff and Dr Franklin have years of consistently great service, cleanliness and modern technology for my eye exams. They go the extra mile and take the time to explain answers to my questions. For (just 1) example, I told the front desk I didn’t have vision insurance, but they asked to run my regular health insurance just in case, turns out I had specialist coverage and only had to pay $50 exam fee! Plus they gave me a rebate for the contacts I ordered. Truly exceptional service!

Whoever left a 1 star review is a troll. I have gone to Dr. Franklin's office for about three years now, and she is without a doubt the best optometrist I have ever been to. The rest of her staff is great as well, and the office is modern and clean. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Franklin since 2014, and she and her staff have taken excellent care of me. She is warm, friendly, and above all else, highly professional. She never suggests a procedure without explaining it thoroughly, and takes care to keep her patients informed during exams. I have a fairly high prescription for my contact lenses, and Dr. Franklin is the first eye doc to have samples in my size. It was a life-saver during my first visit. I highly recommend her.
