She walked into the room with premeditated thoughts. She treated me with disgust and in war mode. I tried to explain why I was there and she cut me off and walked out of the office not saying anything. I walked out of the office after sitting for 30 minutes. I heard the office manager calling someone regarding my recent X-ray and MRI. The manager was unsure of what she was needing since the PA Sophia didn’t get the info from me. I gave her the information and continued to wait. Finally, I asked why this was happening. I was there to get a tens unit prescribed to have insurance pay for it. I surmise this PA thought I was trying to get opioids. The joke is on her, since I refuse to have them prescribed and look for other forms of help, hence the tens unit. I also wanted to get an MRI since the X-ray showed scoliosis and arthritis. Had she asked questions she would have found out I had broken my hyoid bone in my neck about 6 weeks before and suffering upper back pain. Horrible.

She has been providing me top quality care for years. She has my highest recommendation.
