I saw Sophia for about 5 months last year and had a great experience. She is a very compassionate person and worked constructively to help me find peace with some of my past trauma and find ways to implement mindfulness in my life moving forward. If I hadn’t had to move I would likely still be seeing her now. She uses many methods that may not be considered “traditional” to therapy but as long as you are coming in with an open mind you may very well find it as helpful as I did.

WOW! I’ve had a few therapists in my life, so I feel qualified to suggest that if you have never seen a therapist do NOT see Sophia. She is not what therapist should be. A good therapist listens and acknowledges you without passing judgment while trying to help you sort things out during CONVERSATIONS. They do not point out your faults and belittle you. I believe Sophia does more harm than good and could cause people to mistrust the whole psychotherapeutic process which would be horrific.
