Has an open and engaging personality. Works with me regarding appointments. Does telemedicine (due to pandemic) with video calls. Sophia cares about my condition, is efficient, but not brusque.

Very rude, doesn't like to be challenged or questioned, lacks customer service / bed-side manner, and hung up on me when I confronted her about reporting false information
