I’ve been picking up my medication from Kroger Pharmacy for the past three years and every one there is great and it’s a pleasure to communicate with. This afternoon, I got very disappointed when I had an interaction with Stacey Holz due to her her attitude towards me, an existing customer. She was condescending, rude and yelled at me to pickup an un sanitized phone claiming her trainee couldn’t hear me, although I stopped the car engine (this happened at the Pharmacy drive through). Not to mention that the trainee girl had already checked the birthday dates and names of my family members. I strongly recommend someone in the Management refreshes her the fact sales personnel needs to be courteous.
