Staci didn’t listen to me or the physical therapist. I was in excruciating pain and she refused to prescribe anything. She also refused to ask the insurance company for a peer review when my MRI was declined. The PT told me and her that physical therapy was making things worse, but she gave me no option other than to complete 4 more weeks of painful treatment. She only cares about insurance. I went to Iowa Ortho and they took care of me. They listened and they got the MRI approved. So glad I didn’t continue care with Staci.

Stacy sensed my fear and pain on arrival. She showed great care and compassion! Ordered MRI for back back quickly and found a ruptured disc and also cyst on kidneys . I was referred to my primary where a CT will be ordered for cyst and seeing ortho specializes today! All this in three days and two were weekend days. I thank her for her speed in attempting to get answers and relief of my pain! I would recommend Stacy for anything! Bless her and sleep our health workers during this difficult time????
